Making a purchase is easy.
Just follow these simple steps:
Shop by browsing or searching our designer lists.
Click on the image to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing and color options.
Add merchandise to your shopping bag.
Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on update shopping bag and key in the new quantity.
Resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the Continue button.
Proceed to checkout to finalize your purchases and follow the instructions.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars and are inclusive unless an alternative country has been selected by the customer, as indicated in the top right hand corner of the website.
The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Pixie & Ivy. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Pixie & Ivy, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We use DHL for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.
What is our return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with all tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, along with the original receipt and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at pixieandivy.com your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from pixieandivy.com.
